Payment and Refund Policy

1. Payment terms:

To confirm your reservation, a two-step payment is required:

  • First payment: 50% of the total amount of the order must be paid by bank transfer to the following account:
    • Bank name: CIH / PEOPLE'S BANK

    • RIB- PEOPLE'S BANK: 181 330 2111142182970006 13
    • This payment must be made within 24 hours of ordering to guarantee the reservation.
    • Second payment: The remaining balance of 50% must be paid in cash on the day of departure, before the start of the activity.

    2. Cancellations:

    • Cancellation without fees: Cancellations made up to 7 days before the departure of the activity allow a full refund of payments already made.

    • Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure will not be eligible for any refund. Payment already made is retained due to preparation costs incurred.

    • Cancellation by us: We reserve the right to cancel an activity for safety reasons, due to adverse weather conditions or if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In this case, you will be informed as soon as possible, and you will receive a full refund of the sums paid. We will endeavour to offer an alternative date for the activity or to refund you in full.

    3. Reservation modifications:

    • Reservation changes are possible up to 5 days before the activity , subject to availability. If the change request is made after this deadline, additional fees may apply.

    4. Force majeure:

    We will not be responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events or force majeure (extreme weather conditions, epidemics, strikes, etc.).
